"Decreto Flussi" 2025: Over 181,000 Job Openings Expected

On October 24, 2024, the Ministries of Interior, Labor and Social Policies, Agriculture, Food Sovereignty, and Forestry, along with Tourism, issued the circular detailing operational guidelines for implementing the decree by the President of the Council of Ministers dated last September 27, 2023. This decree concerns the transitional program for the entry of non-EU and seasonal workers for the 2023-2025 period.

In 2025, the decree allocates 70,720 positions for non-seasonal subordinate work, 730 for self-employment, and 110,000 for seasonal employment.

 When Can Pre-filling Begin?

- from November 1 to November 30, 2024, for "click days" scheduled for February 5, 7, and 12, 2025, respectively

- from July 1 to July 31, 2025, specifically for requests related to the "click day" of October 1, 2025, which focuses on seasonal work in the tourism and hospitality sector

Where and When?

Starting November 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. and until November 30, 2024, applicants can pre-fill forms on https://portaleservizi.dlci.interno.it/. 

The system will be available daily, including weekends, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Applications must be submitted electronically on the following dates:

- February 5, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. for subordinate workers

- February 7, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. for non-seasonal subordinate workers (including social and family care sectors)

- February 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. for the agricultural sector

- February 12, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. for the tourism and hospitality sector

Note: Starting at 9:00 a.m. on February 7, 2025, and as an experimental measure only for 2025, applications for subordinate employment outside the standard quotas will be accepted, up to a maximum of 10,000 requests. These positions are specifically for workers in the family and social care sector, aimed at assisting individuals with disabilities or elderly persons.
