Call "Residenzialità in montagna 2024”

The Tuscany region has approved the call 'Residenzialità in montagna 2024' to promote and foster the repopulation and economic growth of mountain areas

The call is open to Italian citizens over 18 years of age or citizens of another EU Member State or non-EU citizens holding a residence permit of at least ten years' duration and resident in a non-mountainous Italian municipality.

To be admitted and benefit from the grant, applicants must purchase a property for residential use i) already existing at the date of publication of the call, ii) located in one of the Tuscan mountain municipalities with a population of less than 5,000 inhabitants as at 31 December 2022, iii) falling within the cadastral categories for residential use.

Residence and habitual abode in the same property are required.

Type of facility

The minimum amount that may be requested is 10,000 euros, while the maximum amount is 30,000 euros. In any case, the maximum amount of the contribution may not exceed 50% of the total expenses incurred for the costs associated with the purchase of the property and its accessories.

Applications must be submitted exclusively electronically through a web application from 13.00 on 12 June 2024 until 13.00 on 27 July 2024:
